  7. Founder, RAZZO

My career didn't start in technology. It started in sales and business, moved into technology and data, then into marketing science, product and startups, then into international consulting, and each stage added a layer to how I solve problems today.

That layering is why the work now sits at the intersection of business and technology: I understand what a business needs before I reach for a tool, and I understand what's technically possible before I promise an outcome.

Today that layering runs through RAZZO, the portfolio of businesses I own and build.

Ownership

A Portfolio, Not a Job Title

RAZZO is the portfolio of businesses I own. Each venture serves its own market with its own offer, and is built with a dedicated mix of team members and specialist partners. My role is ownership: I set the direction, the standards and the shared systems, so each business can grow on its own.

One way of working across all three: practical systems that reduce manual work, cost and error.

My Journey

Jaqueline Razo

Communities & Leadership

Technology has never been an individual journey for me. I have actively participated in national and international communities focused on women in technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and business.

Across Mexico, Europe and Türkiye, these communities have given me access to founders, technology leaders, executives, investors and women building careers and companies across multiple industries. My participation includes women-in-technology associations, entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems, technology and innovation events, international business communities, mentoring and professional-development initiatives, and conversations around gender, technology and economic opportunity.

I am particularly interested in creating more spaces where women can participate not only as users or employees of technology, but as builders, leaders and owners of the systems shaping the future.

Speaking & Knowledge Sharing

I speak and run training on technology, AI, careers and building businesses, in English and Spanish, for companies, universities and communities.

I have also supported commercial conversations involving corporate organizations, public institutions and government-related stakeholders.
